    I pushed myself so hard and made it through the full 30 minutes without
    stopping. It was hard but it’s gonna be worth it later. Trust me if I can
    do it , you can do it, keep going!

    This workout looks pretty good…. Hello all, I’m 19yrs old and I am
    currently studying in university at the moment (1st year) and I have been
    meaning to start working out. I know CafeMom says to do this everyday but
    my timetable varies which means I only have so much free time in the week.
    I want to be able to do enough exercise during the week to burn fat and
    keep me in shape. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays are my best
    days to do this workout or any other exercises. Would that be enough do you
    think? … Please, any advice or suggestions or other good workouts I could
    try would be very much appreciated! Thank you for your time :) xx

    I thought this was a 30 minute workout but it’s more like 20 minutes and
    then 10 minutes of stretching. I worked hard but only burnt 125 cal. so if
    you are looking for a short workout with a lot of burn, there are better
    out there. Still a nice sweat on an off day.

    Ok guys does this work out work for a guy like me.I’m a big guy 170 pounds
    to be exact.I don’t have rolls and I have a neck but my main weight cause
    I’d stomach and legs.
