    Hey Tiffany, I was thinking to do all three videos in this series, one
    after another, every 2 days. Do you think it’s enough cardio for me, I
    wasn’t pregnant, but I’m looking for some cardio to do at home. It does
    make me sweaty, but it’s not very hard either, maybe some of the moves
    moves. I want to lose 10 pounds. Will I make it till summer? Eating
    healthy, small portions, 4-5 times a day. Tought myself when to STOP
    eating, when I’m full, I’m so proud of that, really…

    I love your routines…I started watching you when I was pregnant and doing
    the preg videos now-like you, I have a little bit of weight to lose and
    seeing you makes me see that I, too, can be a little bigger than my normal
    and get back to myself- It’s hard looking at videos when someone is already
    Ripped- I want to see the start to finish like I am. :) keep it up. this
    is day 3 of my work out and I plan to go hard :)
