    What if it’s impossible to complete this? I mean I’m a weak beginner got
    something for starters? I can barely move my leg and it’s not even 2
    minutes…:(

    I lost inches from my hips and thighs 8inches from hips and 10inches from
    thighs but I did this twice a day for a month so that’s why but if you want
    fast results then do it twice a day like I did

    Were did u guys get u awesome clothes from n ur workout r really fun n hard
    worth time i do the workout alot i had c section 10 years ago im still
    having problems getting it flat is some workout u can show me get off
    faster caz i want look good again
