Question by LITTLE 1 :o): I could never lose the 15 lbs. baby weight from 3 years ago, now I am pregnant again?
How can I keep from gaining too much weight durning this pregnanacy and how can I get it off fast afterwards? I am eatting healthy 99% of the time. And I am working out! On the Tredmill and bike. I am planing to brestfeed this child! I am weaning my almost 3 year old child as we speak! Only nursing 4 times a day right now!
Any ideas or suggestions??

You seem to be on the right track. If you were working out before some of the weight might be muscle – muscle weighs more than fat. Do not try to diet right now because you and your baby need all the nutrition. Just keep doing what you are doing. Your OB will be the best person to run this question by and he/she will give you guidelines for your weight gain during your pregnancy and for after as well.
