    I’m a July baby too! :) I want to lose 5 inches from my waist by 7/2014.
    I’m gonna push my self to see how far I can go. I lost 2.5 inches off
    my waist this month with Julian Michaels. I have gotten my best results
    with her workouts. I stick to 1200 calories a day on most days but I love
    nuts so I sometimes go as high as 2000 on a cheat day. I also fast (500
    calorie days) at least once a week. I have tons of energy, no need for
    caffeine. I also started jogging with the couch to 5k app and I do
    yoga/pilates/kickboxing/strength training. One more thing…I drink lots of
    water so I got the idea to complete 10-20 squats every time I go to the
    bathroom. I usually get an extra 50-100 squats in a day that way!

    It sounds like we have the same body type…Idk how tall u r tho. I’M
    4’11”..LOL..small fry…but anywho I am also looking to get to a 26 waist,
    everything else can stay..lol…
