Question by : Tips for my post-baby stomach? I had my daughter 5 years ago. I have spent the last 5 years losing weight, and fine-tuning my body into what I want it to be, or as close as I can get. The only thing I really have been having problems with is my stomach, specifically the loose skin. When I talked to my doctor about it, to see if he had any advice, he told me that despite my attempts to exercise it away, my best option if I wanted to get rid of it is plastic surgery, because its loose stretched skin, not fat. Does anyone have any knowledge on something that can help me? I know looks aren't everything nd I'm not a vain person, but I don't like what I see in tha mirror.
