Question by : Tips for my post-baby stomach?
I had my daughter 5 years ago. I have spent the last 5 years losing weight, and fine-tuning my body into what I want it to be, or as close as I can get. The only thing I really have been having problems with is my stomach, specifically the loose skin. When I talked to my doctor about it, to see if he had any advice, he told me that despite my attempts to exercise it away, my best option if I wanted to get rid of it is plastic surgery, because its loose stretched skin, not fat. Does anyone have any knowledge on something that can help me? I know looks aren’t everything nd I’m not a vain person, but I don’t like what I see in tha mirror. Also, I really can’t afford to get plastic surgery. Thanks to all who offer any advice :)

same!! my daughter is 3 nd a half and iv tried and tried to get my stomach back to what it was. i was 21 when i had her so i thought with my skin being young it would bounce back… but all these stretch marks are left behind and it looks wrinkled and disgusting. there is this workout programme i tried, but then i got pregnant (unplanned) and im 24wks now so i had to stop the workout programme. i went on youtube and watched videos of other mums who had tummies like mine and theres looked alot better after the workouts. its called p90x. you can do the workouts from watching the videos on youtube. after a couple of weeks my tummy was much more solid and looking better, iv tried every cream and lotion and oil and butter under the sun to get rid of my stretch marks which are still there. but you could try the p90x workouts for your ab :)
