Thanks for the link :) And you’re welcome on the suggestion/support! I
shouldn’t have watched this before bed… I’m hungry now. ;)

  3. This video is fantastic! My sister recently had a vegan pregnancy and her 8
month old vegan baby is the picture of good health! I am hoping to start a
family in a year or two and am planning a vegan pregnancy (and will be
vlogging about it on my channel!) Your video was very motivating. Thanks
    for posting :)

  4. I loved your dessert (choco, dates, peanut butter one) …I am going to try
that soon. Have u made a video on that yet? also..I have to say this…I
did not know that there are real healthy snacks available which are Non GMO
and Gluten free and ready made. I also liked the rice noodle idea…are

I’m so glad I’ve discovered your channel. I want to get pregnant next
December and I’m planning on having a vegan pregnancy. I’ve been vegan for
a year now. How do you deal with those who don’t understand this lifestyle?
It’s what I struggle with the most. Thanks for sharing!

  9. I’m a teacher, too. I have been contemplating making vegan vids but I am
nervous about having my students see my vids. How do you get over that
    feeling?

Hi there, my husband and I have just recently decided we want to move to a
vegan diet, but we’ve been eating the typical American diet our whole lives
and are quite confused as to how to feed ourselves vegan! Do you have any
resources/suggestions for people who are just starting out on a vegan diet?

+Haya Berrou while it is great that you are vegan and that is wonderful for
animals, its actually not environmentally friendly. Almost as much land is
processed and goes through deforrestation to grow crops as to farm animals.
So more research needs to be done on more inventive ways to grow food. Like
back yard gardens, roof gardens, using spaces that are free or not used to
the fullest, without making more land available. But there is some amazing
growth in that area. So people have been testing out growning plants in air
and gel, rather than land. So we can have fresh, healthy food grown in
green houses and places that are already in existance so that nature will
not have to be disturbed as much.
Congrats on your positive lifestyle though. Vegan, vegitarian, organic. As
long as we try our best. Even a small step helps. So hopefully other people
will see these amazing videos and try cooking with things like tvp, etc and
    include it into everyone’s diet.

  13. I eat a gluten-free, vegan diet too :) It’s very environmentally
friendly… plus, no animals are harmed or killed in the process
