    Totally appreciate the straightforward, non-hype style of all your videos.
    I DO NOT like exercise, never have, never will. But since I have to do it
    to address my knee issues, your simple narration without all the usual
    fitness saccharine patter makes it infinitely more palatable and doable. So
    thank you! 77 lbs. down 38 to go –and I think I’ll try this one tomorrow.
